Whether on a photo walk, commuting from work as an architect, or returning from a late function, I’m drawn to the streets — to the unscripted poetry of everyday life in Lagos. These images document moments that often go unnoticed: gestures, textures, chaos, stillness. Fragments of the City began as a personal ritual in Lagos and evolved into a practice I carried with me across geographies — from Nigeria to Sunderland — always searching for the quiet stories that are perhaps hidden in plain sight.
